Ethos will provide the Background Investigation report with all the following: an executive summary highlighting all areas that may require corrective action, a detailed background report, and a Model Bar Application with the character and fitness section completed. Most preliminary "red flag" issues, if applicable, can be handled by the Ethos team for an additional reasonable fee. Should any major issues requiring legal representation be uncovered by Ethos, we can refer the client out to a licensed attorney to handle such issues, as Ethos is not a law firm.
